The rudest unsympathetic people I’ve ever spoken with unfortunately this is regarding my mother’s death and I needed their help. The director is unprofessional and argumentative with no understanding or listen to respond and not comprehend. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS in your time of grief! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE MORTUARY SERVICE.

Professional staff and owners that provide the fastest and best quality mortuary services available in Austin. Other mortuaries will waste your time and money. Capital Mortuary is honest and reliable and will not waste your time. 10/10 perfect experience with them every time.

Our funeral home uses Capital Mortuary Services for all our care center need from removal, embalming, cremation, ship out domestically or internationally. They are fast, professional, and extremely easy to work with and they keep us posted. They have staff 24/7, they answer every calls and emails. They anticipated every steps and problems.
