I was refused service after three years of being a patient because I was 15 minutes late even though when I called they said I could be 15 minutes late. I was urged to go there and not go to the emergency room 24 hours prior due to a herniated disc in my spine. I am now at the emergency room and was told I should’ve came to the emergency room first. I love the availability and convenience of this clinic - Always trying to get you in as soon as possible, if needed, and have the convenience of having the lab in this facility too! The reception is always very friendly too!
