Sales experience was great. It's the follow-up. I bought this car at the end of June and purchased a warranty that includes tire road hazards (ie nails). The tire pressure light went off so I took it up to their service dept. Called me back and said it would be $25 to repair and wasn't covered on the warranty which is not right. Better than that, told me all 4 tires were "almost completely worn out" and said they could replace them for $825.
