I lived at the colonial apartments for a year and it was a wild ride. The drains has not been properly cleaned, my shower drain wouldn't drain and it was clogged with hair from the previous tenant. There was a major bedbug infestation throughout the whole building and when I made complaints about seeing dead bedbugs in the corner of hallways and in the ceiling in the elevator, nothing was done. They continuously leaf blow directly outside your door at 8am. Half of them barely speak English so there’s a language barrier when you try to communicate. When they are at the large apartment complex I live at, they block one of the two exits completely so that you can’t get out the safest exit towards the street. They don’t move their truck and trailer when asked. HORRIBLE
Made an appointment to view a property THROUGH ZILLOW. Showed up, not only was it clearly occupied, it’s more run down than was suggested, and then never showed up or responded. So unprofessional. I certainly hope the actual residents get better responsiveness
I've lived at a CMA property for 3 years. I've had very few issues and the ones I had got solved very quickly ( for example a fuse blew in my apartment that went to my oven and they had someone over super fast. Like the same day.) If you need a place to rent I would call them and say what you are looking for. They have always been kind and realistic.
I have rented from and I am also currently a vendor with this company. The office staff are wonderful and always eager to help. The maintenance team is top notch and is always great about taking care of work orders and any tenant concerns. Please call their office to find out about the apartments and homes they currently have available for rent.
