Brought my friend's Marquis bracelet in before Christmas to be fixed (two stones missing, one sapphire, one yak). He used to make the same bracelets in NY-how cool! His phone wasn't working, so I wasn't hearing back, but once he found out the phone was messed up, he got it fixed and began communicate better about what was going on.
