Very poor service after the sale. I paid cash for a 2015 BMW last year and since then the salesman and the sales manger have done nothing but lied and disrespected me since I drove the car off of the lot. The first problem that I had was with bogus wheel and tire plan that I was sold. The didn't even cover the wheels that were purchased with the car. They have the worst service department I have come across. Their consultants are not helpful, nor do they seem to care that you are waiting. Every time I have been there, I have waited for over three hours for a simple vehicle check when the department doesn't even seem overwhelmed with customers. It's so frustrating that I have to sit and wait, and the service consultants are browsing on their computers looking for something to do.

LOVE Capital Eurocars, in Tallahassee Fl !!!!!!! They did everything I needed done with honesty and didn't charge me since I was already charged for this to be done in valdosta, which wasn't done right. I bought my car here 2 yrs ago and the buying process was very smooth, i worked with them online and over the phone weeks before I came to get the car.
