I had a very disappointing experience renting from this company. Communication and billing were extremely frustrating from beginning to end. After moving out, we were suddenly charged for **two months of past utility bills** that had never been included in our monthly statements. We paid our rent and the utilities we were billed each month ensuring our balance was $0 so it was frustrating to be hit with unexpected charges after the fact.
