0 stars if I could…Improvements to make: they need to send medications to the pharmacy on time not 1-2 weeks later. The local pharmacy has issues with this office also. Had an appointment to get refills on life saving meds and had to call several times and complained about not getting the right ones sent in, then another week delay to get right ones sent to pharmacy. As always, Dr. Douglas VanderJagt's attention to our medical well-being so impressed us. He is the ultimate professional and has a wonderful caring demeanor. Of all the physicians I have had in my 84 years, Dr. VanderJagt is the very best. His office is conveniently located in Williamston.
Do not go to this medical practice. Office managers are lazy and will not follow through on sending scrips to pharmacy. It is unacceptable that it has taken over three weeks to receive lifesaving medication.
Not the same since Dr. Picone passed. Left this practice 19 months ago with request for my records. They were never sent and just received a letter from them stating a doctor was no longer available because she was going to inpatient care. Apparently they are out of the loop. Their office was sorely understaffed the last time I was there and one of the doctors suggested I start a drug before he even reviewed my record. No reason for me to return there.
