I was recently in an accident with someone insured with this company and my experience dealing with them is very negative. Its been 5 days and I cannot get a hold of the adjuster. The fact that the person who hit me was in the wrong and admits to it and they are STILL not claiming liability is absolutely beyond me. Brian seams very helpful and understanding of what was needed to repair my Tesla Model X. The cost and complexity of the aluminum construction was quite a surprise. Having to use a Tesla-approved shop forced 2.5 hr drive from my home! (But the repair shop was worth the effort.)😃 Glad that we had picked CIG!
WORST INSURANCE!!!! I got in an auto accident and these people never call me with any info I have to call them to get info, and when I call they say “oh yeah I have the info” like they’ve had the information and just didn’t bother calling me, not to mention the person on my claim NEVER answers their phone nor returns messages. I’m fed up.
Best prices I've found & never a problem when I've had to call for road service!! Plan on staying with company
