It’s pretty shady you disqualify certain items like an overflow allowing a family to be potentially financially destitute due to such and event. I’m blessed to be able to pay for the damage you skirted around covering. I tried to work with you and you just point to the last page of my policy with the addendum excluding a backup/overflow. They have sent 4 different checks for a claim that was in November and each one of the checks have been wrong. It is now the end of January and they still haven’t got it right. So frustrating!
They could be loyal to the customers that have been loyal to them.
Nov 8 marks 1 year since we lost our home and community c i g is still taking forever to pay our claims we continue to get one excuse after another our last claim we put in has been over a month and despite our numerous attempts we continue to be drug through the mud it's bad enough We Lost Our Family Home and Community but to have to deal with cig is almost as big of a nightmare I would never ever ever recommend cig to anybody not even my worst enemy
get a VPN and some fire wall so you can open ads from car sellers, stop making clients do your work for reserch of a real world price of a replacement vehicle, teach your agents to have a real sense of people instead of always spouting the "corporate line", hell, I even had to remind you folks to send an adjuster out to me....more ethical, fair, and real world treatment. and stop lo balling your payouts!!!
My car was stolen and the key was stolen as well, CIG refused to change the locks and wouldn’t even pay for my car to be detailed after the car had been gone for a week.
I am amazed that I am forced to list every single item that I owned in order to get the last 25% of my personal property claim. CIG is hoping most people won't do the work so that the insurance company can save that portion. One of my co workers had a 3rd party hired by his insurance and did it over the phone with him and just estimated how much of different catagories he had NOT list every single item. My wife has cancer and I work full time as well as have to help take care of her. CIG does not care about us! I will never ... read more
Paradise, California burned down .. my brother's place of employment AND living, along with many seniors has CIG Insurance. They have not even come to the property to see the damage .. Cleanup can't begin until they do. This is unimaginable. No communication! Please do not leave these folks out in the cold.
