I had started a new job and a Capital Ins. Agent came to my place of employment to be available for the employees incase we had questions. I met with Prudence, just to ask a question. She then reviewed to make sure I knew and understood what I was paying for as far as benefits. Capital Insurance manages the allotment for my insurance policy through American National Insurance. On July 12, I had them increase my allotment and I just received a letter from American stating that they hadn't received payment since June. I called Capital nine times and I was sent to the voicemail of an agent who is on vacation, so they never called back. Poor management 😢
