I had such a good first impression of the company from the very first phone call with their scheduler. The owner Karl came and gave us our estimate and then was here when the work was being completed, from start to finish. They came on a very rainy day and cleaned up behind themselves...all of the employees on site that day were very friendly. Karl answered our questions timely and was a real pleasure to work with. I would recommend Capital Insulation to anyone needing to replace or upgrade their current insulation.

They were very professional and customer focused. There were a couple areas that they found during the installation that they insulated without questions or seeking additional payment. They did an outstanding job and provided service beyond the basic contract, very, very rare but much appreciated. I can not say enough about their work. They cleaned up and I didn't find a single speck of insulation or any other items. They treated my home as if they were doing the job for themselves. Karl promptly came out to provide me an estimate after my initial inquiry through Home Advisor and then brought his crew the following week to perform the work. Karl and Molly in his office kept me well informed about arrival times, etc. Karl supervised the crew and they all did a good job. I thought the price was fair and would certainly use Capital Insulation for future projects of mine as well as recommend them to others.
Karl came out & provide an estimate. I accepted his estimate after reviewing 3 other companies' estimates. Later Karl's guys came out and removed all the old & rotten insulation in the attic. They then installed new rolled insulation with higher R-value & reflective insulation & door insulation. Prior to the new insulation, it would be 20-30 degrees hotter on the 3rd fl of my townhouse.
