Be warned, while this radiology center an outpatient setting across the street from the hospital, they will still bill your insurance as if it's done in a hospital. For me, that meant double the copay. I pay $100 for outpatient radiology and $200 for hospital radiology. They charge me $200 each time and wouldn't accept my arguments about it. This 1 star is for Steve. I was horribly embarrassed and talked down to in the lobby on 1/25/24 by Steve when I came in to get a CT scan done. I am a 25 year old woman and I was 9 days late for my period. There was a sign that says “If you think you may be pregnant, let us know”. So I whispered to let him know since we were in the lobby with other people, and he raised his voice and said “You should have taken a test before you got here, now I guess you need to decide what is more important to you: A baby or this CT scan”. You can NEVER get a hold of anyone here. The building they are located in closes at 5pm and was already locked when I took my son for his appt. It took me 1.5 hrs to drive from Lakewood to Olympia after picking up my children from daycare because of traffic and weather. NO ONE told me how to get into the bldg (signs are posted saying can’t come in through here, go there) and NO ONE told me the bldg would be locked up at 4:45, which was my sons check-in time!! It’s like they want you to miss the later appt so they can go home... read more
Been callling every day for 2 weeks. Never answered their phone. Don't waste your time. Drs office gave us different numbers to try. Still no answer just same repeated message wait for next available. Would give no stars if possible
