rude and cocky behavior Their sales departments comletely sucks.very cocky behavior. Tried to rip me off by offering discount on inflated prices.Salesman lied about 2011 onot being out yet and trying to sell 2010 model. I do not recommend this dealersgip to anyone.
WORST SERVICE EVER! I have had the worst service at Capital Honda and even though I have expressed to them my dissatisfaction, they seem to blow it off in hopes that I'll drop the issue that I am having with my car! Capital Honda is worst service ever. My husband and I both drive Acuras. He bought his from Capital honda and I bought mine from Grand Rapids. Right off the bat, the service department gives the impression that they don't care whether or not you bring your service there. Complete Rip-Off. Avoid this place for all repairs! Earlier this year, I went in to get my oil changed. After waiting for quite a bit longer than they told me I would be, the service person, or whatever the people with desks in the drive-in service area are called, came in to tell me that I needed $1850 in repairs. High prices, service department questionable Prices are thousands higher than the competition. Try Howard Cooper Honda in Ann Arbor. Service department has always been suspect. I'd get a second opinion on anything more expensive than an oil change.
Untrustworthy? My husband and I both drive Hondas and for awhile took them here. They have often told us that we needed repairs that we didn't need. Another dealership in town said that they often get customers in their shop who have had problems with Capitol Honda. We still take our cars there for oil changes, but don't trust them as far as repairs go. PROS: Close to home CONS: Don't completely trust them
