RecommendedCapital built our home while we were still living in Michigan - a very positive experience. They have a well organized process with a great group of recommended suppliers that make the custom building process easy and affordable. Jeff and Dwight are very customer focused and are great at providing ideas and options with related costs so there are no surprises; we got exactly what we wanted. They were honest and dependable and build a high quality home. We would recommend them to anyone - you won’t be disappointed.
We were first time builders. We took occupancy in February of 2018. Being out of town during the building and change phase was made easier by their updates via photos. Jeff and Dwight were quick to return calls and make suggestions when we asked. Being a "visual learner" it was so helpful to tour completed homes with them. We built our home in Savannah Lakes Village with Capital Builders due to their reputation and quality workmanship of their homes. The entire staff was incredible to work with and very professional and flexible. You can submit your own home plan or choose from their models. We chose The Magnolia model and we made changes to suit our needs including enlarging the floor plan. The few small issues we had were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Capital Builders has a well defined and organized approach to the building process. Since we were building remotely, following a defined process helped us understand the status throughout the process as well as helped us plan when we needed to be onside. Jeff kept us updated throughout the process and promptly responded to all emails and phone calls. In the end, we were very pleased with our home. Capital continued to support us even after we took possession of our home.
Jeff and Dwight did such a wonderful job of helping design our home. They are easy to work with and their team did a wonderful job with the construction. We have been happily living in our home for almost 3 years now.
Capital built our home. Was the best experience we've had building (we built 3 other homes in different states). Jeff helped us refine out design and offered suggestions to make our plan even better. Jeff was easy to work with, always available for q/a and info, and very personable. Reviewing and refining the plans with Larry during the design phase was easy. You can't go wrong with Capital!
Capital Home Builders custom built our home for us in 2015. We chose them over 3 other builders we were considering because they understood the concept of what we were looking for better than any of the rest and seemed the most flexible to work with. Throughout the entire process they proved themselves very easy to work with and responsive to our questions and changes. They remained on schedule too. I would definitely recommend them and personally use them again.
Our Capital Home was completed in 2018 and we couldn’t be happier. Jeff and Dwight were wonderful to work with...very professional, creative, and timely. Capital built our home eight years ago. We requested, and they facilitated many unique features. A few years later, they built my mothers home. Once again, they used their methodical process and diligence. I know they will continue to thrive in our community because of their integrity and exemplary business practices.
