The doctors are fine, the NURSES need to be fired. all of them they are rude, ignorant, and don’t truly want to be/work there. I live next to this hospital and will never go back. I’d rather go to the Hopewell office any day!
Avoid this ER if you can. They let mentally ill people into the ER, people who are probably just trying to get a bed to get away from the hot weather outside. The entire time I was there I had to literally listen to crazy talk, verbally aggressive patients, and just general chaos. The nurses don't handle those people in a professional way, because most of the time they were mimicking and making fun of the crazy talkers. Worst hospital ever I don't recommend it. I came here with my husband with a swollen mouth around 2am and now it's 8:12am and we are still in the waiting area smh.
