Patient there for 35+ years!! Wont schedule me for my annual, was due 3/26- say the dr is overbooked and they will CALL ME when they have a cancelation!! I tried calling in January to schedule for 3/26 and i got same answer; have called once a month and same response from schedulers. Horrible office management -why schedule new patients when you cant see your established patients? Such poor patient care. Time to find another Dr!
I was very afraid to go here for my prenatal appointments because of the terrible reviews, but I decided to give it a try because of my doula's recommendation. I switched to this practice well into my 2nd trimester, after 20 weeks. I had a very smooth transition and everyone at this office has been professional and accommodating. I had a very disappointing experience at my 40-week prenatal appointment today. My appointment with midwife NyAsia White was scheduled for 8:00 AM. By 8:40 AM we were told that the provider had not arrived yet and was not answering calls. At that point, the staff informed us that another provider might be able to see me in about 10 minutes. However, after waiting a full hour, no one came to see me and no clear update or explanation was provided.
