Since capital health took over lawrenceville neurology, it is now impossible to reach the front desk (they deleted the option from the main menu) and now you have to speak to a call center. Want to switch from one doctor at the practice to another? Good luck. There is no clear way to do things like that, or speak with someone regarding a mini-emergency like having a side-effect from medication.
