My wife and I took our son for a booked appointment here and my the ladies working didn’t seem to understand that we we just there for a measles, Covid and flu shot for our son. They gave him the flu shot and when I asked about the others an older lady with grey ish hair started questioning me like I did something wrong. She asked me if my son had adhd which he doesn’t, then she had the audacity to ask me if I was sure? This made me very mad….why am I being questioned? I hope i am reviewing the correct service supplier. I had major surgery in June and had leduc home care for resources/aid. The Aids/Nurses were ALL a joy and pleasure to deal with. We had great conversation and shared some laughs. I felt like I was in good hands and heard. The only downfall I would say is the usual crap communication inter office and office to nurses. This is not the nurses or aids' fault. Nicole was a joy and Heather who was in doing a clinical during my time of need. Was sad I wont see you gals anymore now... read more
