We used Capital Hardwood Flooring to install a new floor in our Toronto condo in 2026. We would highly recommend Danny and his team. Danny went over and above in all communication and in responding quickly to questions or concerns. Any very minor issues we raised were fixed immediately and in addition Danny stuck to his original quote even though the job required some additional work when removing the existing floor. We would use this company in a heartbeat. Excellent work ethic. They really care about customer satisfaction!
I can't recall the last time I was treated this poorly in a retail store. I was in the store this afternoon and waited 20 minutes for their one salesperson, Danny, to return from lunch so I could have some help with two projects I'm working on. We connected with Danny and his team through our realtor. They were quick, efficient and responsive. In short order Capital Floor removed the old carpet, prepped the surface underneath and installed the new flooring. Even with a last minute change on how to deal with an old drain in the floor, they got the job done on time and left our place neat and tidy. The installers were very courteous and overall it was a great experience.
