Dr and staff fantastic as always… Even though they’re very busy, they Still managed to explain everything to you and Help set up an appointment… Never been to a better doctors office with great customer service
Doctor was fantastic with the kids ! Gave them lollipops and was kind and listened. Now, one of the secretary’s was very rude . Yelling that we didn’t have the paperwork already prefilled out (like how were we supposed to know if they didn’t say???) and then she got infuriated when we came in with a copy of his insurance . She was just so rude and if you don’t want to deal with customers then this is not the place to work for !
It is odd to say you had a great time at a doctor's office but this was one of those times. The staff, reception and Dr. Sheremeta are all wonderful. They are professional, pleasant and the doctor did a great job with my surgery. I would highly recommend this office for your needs. And remember, if you have a sour time at any office or business you might want to take a look at the energy you're putting out and see if that is part of the problem.
