So far I am having an excellent experience with this office. I'm seeing Dr Jamie Bakal. I love that she utilizes the My Heath Online system for communication and information.
I like Dr. Drake, but the rest of staff at his folsom location are not that great. Had appointment in November 2024 and asked to order custom orthotics and what should have taken 2 weeks took 2 months and no communication. Front office staff was rude when I picked up. Now 3 months later I'm being billed for them when they should have been billed in November 2024. The custom orthotics are already falling apart! Just after 90 day warranty!
