Highly unprofessional. Highly lacking in appropriate communication. Unwilling to work with or communicate with insurance. If job is too small, they will waste a lot of time before saying it isn’t worth it for them or as Casey said, “he’s too busy” after no response or communication with myself or insurance. He is confident in his pricing yet won’t explain how he got it or provide a breakdown. Going on 2 months of wasted time. The patch work they actually did complete for a separate issue was awful and had to be redone.
Adam was fantastic. I was grateful for everything he did to make my vision a reality. He was patient and listened to everything I wanted.
Poor customer service. It was a bit challenging to even connect with someone to schedule a quote. They finally made the time to come assess the project, but they never sent me a quote for the work.
I've worked with Marty and Casey at Capital Exteriors on several projects, and they never disappoint. They're always quick to respond, fair in pricing, and the quality of their work is excellent. Whether it's a small repair or a larger project, they handle everything efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and cost-conscious exterior work!
The HOA for our townhome community selected Capital Exteriors to pressure wash our townhomes. Emily Foutz was our project manager from Capital and working with her was such a pleasure. She answered all our questions and responded immediately to our resident inquiries. They did everything we expected and went above and beyond to insure all our needs were met. I would not hesitate to call on them for a variety of services they offer.
