Excellent service; Jason Scott was attentive and referred me to department that could provide additional service (purchase of vehicle service contract); Jason explained the additional services that were needed & provided an estimated time for completion. When the technician who provides wash & vacuum service was not available, Jason accomplished the task. Long waiting time, but worth the time.
Joe Trozzo was extremely helpful and friendly. There were a few things that I didn't understand about my service but Joe explained what everything meant and the options I had for service. My car was ready when he said it would be and the entire process went smoothly.
