Parke Stafford and Capital Mercedes just completed the routine A-1 service on my GLE. The process was as seamless as it could be. We were altered a shuttle ride when dropping the car off and it was complete completed. Same day. Parke Kept us informed of the timeline and made drop off and pick up as easy as possible. We are 100% satisfied with Parke and the team.
I recently had my Mercedes Sprinter Van in for Service B maintenance at Capitaleurocars and I always receive first class service from Mr. Joe Trozzo who has been my service advisor for over eight years. He has also provided great support for my vehicle needs and I highly appreciate his professional advice to keep our Sprinter in top mechanical condition and safe!
