It was a very wonderful experience at Capital Endodontics. I had never been there before and it was Dr Thompson that I saw. First thing I was quite impressed with how clean the office was and what a nice feeling. There was in the office. The girl that I saw before Dr Thompson was wonderful as well and then when I met Dr Thompson, it felt like we were old friends and I felt completely comfortable in their hands. I had an extremely bad experience with a previous dentist. I ended up getting an infection in my tooth and my new dentist sent me to Capital Endodontics for a root canal. I have always had horrible experiences, so my anxiety with through the roof. Dr.Luciano was by far the most incredible dentist I have ever seen. As soon as I had my first appointment, I knew I was in good hands. She is extremely knowledgeable and so comforting. She assured me through the whole process. I cannot recommend her enough!! I went in for a root canal, super scared. Everyone was very nice and made me feel relaxed. I had chosen the anesthesia, and it was amazing! Fall asleep and wake up when it’s done. No needle pain, no drilling, just a nice doze off. It did make me feel a bit woozy after, but that’s understandable. if I ever need a root canal again, this is the only way I’ll ever do it.
Dr Thompson is truly anazing, not only with the patient (me) but I noticed how polite he was to the two Jessica's....always a please when asking for something. He was very professional but also personable at the same time. I would have him work on my teeth any time.
