We went here for two visits with our newborn. Dr. O was a great provider, taking her time to answer whatever questions we had and being very gentle with our baby. Ultimately we switched providers bc: Wait times were very long (more than 45 mins each visit) The office isn’t open Fridays There is only Dr. O and the admin assistant who work there which made it feel very short staffed. If there were at least a couple of nurses or one additional doctor I think the office would be much better
Excellent doctor. She's really good for kids. She knows everything about them. I highly recommend her
Selected this pediatrician based on google reviews but it’s a mistake already because, I can’t get a hold of anybody they never answered phones or call back to schedule an appointment as they recording says leave your name and phone number and we will get back to you.
Dr.O ALWAYS goes above and beyond for her patients. Care is very personalized and I've never felt rushed. When my newborn was hospitalized after birth at AMC she called and directly spoke with his Dr there. She even called me in the evenings and weekends to check in.
