Great pre-visit phone call and excellent intake procedure. They were ready to see me at the appointed time and spent considerable time on my initial "mapping" session. It's like an EKG -- they record your brain's output so they have a baseline to compare through the coming sessions. The process has been eye-opening, valuable and it continues to impress me in ways I couldn't imagine.
