Wow, where to begin! My son and I had our first appointment this morning and I have honestly never been so welcomed at any office I have ever been to. What a great culture at this practice. I initially texted with Ashley back and forth about getting scheduled, I then had an emergency to deal with my father for a couple weeks and she continued to just text to check in how my dad was and how I was, not even a question about scheduling. This office and staff is great, understanding and so welcoming to our family. We look forward to working with them. We have worked with pxdocs in the past and they are so gentle and have the right approach with kids.
It was like walking back in time. Absolutely the friendliest staff I've encountered in decades. From receptionist to the doctor herself they're all very concerned and professional.
