We bought a spec home in Feb 2021 in the Walnut Ridge subdivision. While the home as a whole appears nice the experience with Capital Custom has been subpar especially with working with their warranty department. There is a huge lack of attention to detail especially with a home at a larger price point. We had walkthrough items that were not addressed prior to our close that should have been and two months later the blue/green tape is still hanging on some walls.
