We have been here for about 4 months and love it. The staff really helped set them apart from the other places we toured. They answered all our questions quickly, let us tour as many units as we wanted, and made the process move so quickly and swiftly all the way from touring to move in. They still are extremely helpful and any maintenance issues we have had have been dealt with quickly. The apartments themselves are great. I love living in Capital Crest. The amenities and apartments are absolutely stunning. The neighbors are all friendly. Most of all, the staff is 5 star. I would highly recommend Capital Crest to all the my friends.

Love it here! The staff is friendly, helpful, & professional! Everything is well maintained and clean. Mateinence issues fixed quickly. Apartments have natural light & beautiful interior instead of the same old dark look apartments. Definitely recommend.
When I came to Savannah to look for an apartment a year ago, my first stop was Capital Crest...and it was the only place I needed to see! I cancelled all my other tours for the day and signed my lease! The complex had just opened and the community is one of the best I've ever seen and lived in.
