Great place. Most excellent people to conquer any fiscal concern. Smiles are always available. Go see them and be impressed.
I have banked with Capital for ten years: when things got really rough this year and I needed a personal or consolidation loan, they wouldn't help me. Fine. I went into this branch location to close my accounts last week. I did their little interview and they stated they'd mail me a final check. Upon checking my online banking though, I found they had not completed the closeouts! After everything has been said and done today, Sophi (there was a guy with blonde hair there as well helping) and the guy with Sophi (I think his name started with a B) were absolutely so patient, amazing, and kind. They went above and beyond and helped me with everything from getting my cash checked, to helping me set up a portion of my new account, and just being all around pleasant people at the Wisconsin Ave Branch. AMAZING Staff at every branch I've stopped at. Niki (Banker) at Darboy Branch goes above and beyond for me with each visit. Cha-Ching Checking consistantly has the most competitive interest rate of any Credit Union or Bank in the region (same with their CD rates). CCU is the absolute BEST!!!
