Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. They always offer my dog a little treat, too—it’s such a thoughtful touch and always appreciated!
I had a business account here for 10 yrs. Started out great but in the past few years things have really deteriorated. On 2 different occasions I had my deposit go into someone else’s account and I had to call to get it straightened out. No one noticed but ME! I have banked with Capital for ten years: when things got really rough this year and I needed a personal or consolidation loan, they wouldn't help me. Fine. I went into this branch location to close my accounts last week. I did their little interview and they stated they'd mail me a final check. Upon checking my online banking though, I found they had not completed the closeouts! When I went back in today, the teller remembered me, but he just said, "Oh, it's good you came back in, we actually owe you some funds." No apology... read more
After everything has been said and done today, Sophi (there was a guy with blonde hair there as well helping) and the guy with Sophi (I think his name started with a B) were absolutely so patient, amazing, and kind. They went above and beyond and helped me with everything from getting my cash checked, to helping me set up a portion of my new account, and just being all around pleasant people at the Wisconsin Ave Branch.
