Recently, I had an issue with my water heater. I went to the yellow pages to find a plumber in my area. After seeing Capital's ad I remembered seeing their trucks around the neighborhood, so I gave them a call. Not only did they come to my house the same day (within 2 hrs!) to look at the problem, but they had a brand new water heater on their truck and were able to do the job that day! EXCELLENT SERVICE. WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE CAPITAL AGAIN & RECOMMENDED TO A FRIEND ALREADY. THEY WERE PROMPT & COUTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL. THEY GAVE ME A PRICE FOR THE REPAIRS BEFORE STARTING THE JOB WHICH i LIKED CAUSE I KNEW EACTLY WHAT TO EXPECT.
I would not use again, charge up front to come out, and fixed one problem, which led to another problem, and if that problem was fixed it would lead to another, which could not be guaranteed....

i was amazed by the quality service i received on new years day. i called with a boiler problem causing no heat, they were here within the hour and had the job done quickly to get my heat back on. the quality and pricing is exceptional. would definitely recommend and use again.
