Leaving a 1 star review in hopes that the billing department can change or better explain future procedures. I was a patient for Dr. Umapathi and she was great (though a tad rushed) and helped the issues I was facing. I paid my copay and thought that the matter was settled. I then received a bill 3 months later saying that I owed additional funds as my insurance did not fully cover the cost of the "surgery" I received. To quickly sum of the review Dr. Umapathi was one of the best doctors that I have seen in awhile. She took the time to listen to the problem I was having, what possible solutions are and the risk with each option, we came up with a game plan for treatment before I left. I would recommend her to all my friends and family members. The nurses and receptionist where also just as friendly and helpful, more than any doctors office I've ever been to, this place has Four Seasons level customer service.
