I have had my scooter (Vespa P200) as well as my son's "Metro" worked on there. Both my wife and oldest son has bought a scooter there. At all times they treated us like they knew us form day one of our life. I have always told people to go there if they are looking for a Scooter or even parts as well as equipment for your rides.
Caitlin was so helpful and easy to deal with. She gave me options, and offered a discount on the products she had on hand. I opted for a special order. She kept in touch with me online (my preferred method) and she was the one answering the phone when I called the shop. She offered to deliver the scooter to my house and was very helpful in surprising my bride for her birthday.
