I have nothing but good to say. Whatever you might be looking for, count of great service, great management, humility, and complete BS free interactions. And if your'e shopping but not in the Cbus metro area? Definitely worth the call and the drive. Trust is important. You just found it.
It's the most casual shop and I will always take my business there .They take good care of my scooter and are very knowledgeable
These people are great! Helped me trouble shoot, and fix a problem, and sold me the right parts I needed inexpensively. I love how engaging they are, without being pushy. They run a repair shop, as well as sales, and I'm excited to see them do well.
Capital City Scooters is wonderful! The owner Caitlin is literally the best! She is incredibly knowledgeable, never pushy for a sale and so kind! My husband and I have wanted to get scooters for awhile now but we weren't sure where to start.. she took her time and answered all of our millions of questions and even came in on a day off to help make sure we were comfortable before investing in a scooter, and most importantly made sure we were in love with our choice! I bought a scooter for my husband as his groom gift! Caitlin made it the ultimate surprise. She delivered the bike to the reception, so he could see his mystery gift before the ceremony! It was absolutely perfect! Since then she has answered all our many questions and been a huge help! I would definitely recommend the shop to others!! �
