We had a serious refrigeration issue at work. A call to Capital City was a good call! Tim arrived two hours later and solved our problem. Highly recommend!!!
We called Tyler at Capital City Refridgeration with an issue we were having with our heat pump. Tyler was brilliant, he was in the neighborhood and came straightaway, took the time not just to resolve the issue, but ran through additional ways to optimize our heating system. A really positive experience, we highly recommend them.
Two thumbs up and 5 stars! We contracted with Tim of Capital City Refrigeration to install a heat pump, and he and his team arrived on time and delivered on schedule despite me hovering and looking over their shoulders. At that point, they had met my expectations. A couple of weeks after installation, I contacted Tim because I was uncomfortable with one aspect of the install, and he patiently listened then dropped everything to come over and address the issue to my satisfaction.
