Capital City’s response time was very quick (I was told an arrival starting about an hour and a half after I called and the tech ended up coming within the hour). LG was the tech assigned (who has high praise on other reviews) and he did a swell job of diagnosing, quoting, and answering my questions. It was a full 40 gallon water heater replacement in an attic with no pull down stairs and from the time LG first stepped foot inside my house, it took a bit over 3 hours until he was packed up and done! LG and Jason from Capitol Plumbing were amazing!! We had a difficult time finding the right company plumber to replace our daughter's’ tankless water heater Because of either the poor initial interaction with the Call or tech not showing up, etc. from other companies, but we ask our realtor That we’ve kept a relationship with over the last few years he recommended Capital, and it was the best recommendation thus far!
