CONSUMERS BEWARE This business went down hill due to the owner Vincent Fittanto lying to customers like he did to me... I got my car estimated, which took forever because no one knows how to properly write an estimate. They just add a bunch of things then take it back to the owner for review then he adds more b.s to up the price... i scheduled my vehicle only because it was through insurance and they requested i give them the check my insurance company sent me, claiming they would use this money to order by the parts needed ... read more
We couldn’t get a written estimate and kept getting excuses from staff that they were waiting on the owner to approve the results. And, of course, the owner wasn’t ever available when you could see him through the glass; could hear him talking. Very unprofessional and poorly run. I will never use this company!!
They did a great job repairing my truck after a tree fell on it! They were able to meet my timeline and beat the other quote I received by $500! They had a little difficulty with the payment system, but the people I dealt with treated me really well! I would go back and send others for any future work. See before and after pics
