This was an outstanding first visit to Dr. Murphy and I can say that this was truly one of the most professional office visits I have ever had. Everyone, from the office staff on up to Dr. Murphy, were extremely professional and courteous. I had been putting off going to see a periodontist for several years. Finally I made an appointment to see Dr. Murphy and can't believe I put it off for so long. They are an amazing team! I first saw David who took several pictures of my teeth/gums, measured the recession, explained all about why it was important to prevent further recession and about the grafting procedure used by Dr. Murphy to minimize the pain/recovery. I must say the people were extremely nice from the minute I walked in the door until I left. I am also in a customer service related business and I can tell you I pay attention to details when it comes to service. All people I dealt with from receptionist to doctor to financing was the best of the best. I highly recommend this place.
Another wonderful experience at the visit. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and professional. They really seem to care about the patients. Plus, their knowledge and expertise is beyond compare. Everything about this practice is top notch. I would refer anyone here!
