The staff was very friendly and they was able to assure me it wouldn’t hurt and they knew that was my fear! Only thing I wanted to complain about was my husband came in and I had my 4 year old and 18 month old and the receptionist was like they can go wait in the car. Since they can’t go back. I didn’t know they couldn’t even sit in waiting rooms! Only reason why they came in was because my husband knew I was scared and he kept me calm! But other than that it was a overall good experience!
I've always have been very nervous with Dentists. Dr. Crittenden and his staff are amazing people. Kind, compassionate and very professional people. I would highly recommend Dr. Crittenden and staff! Thank you!!
My father went to Dr. Crittenden and won't go back. Had to return twice due to bleeding not stopping. Dr. seemed inconvenienced and irritated.
I went in for a wisdom tooth removal and it never happened. My husband walked into chaos in the room. They couldn’t get me sedated and everything we talked about in consultation didn’t happen. I ended up having to use another oral surgeon. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had and did not help with my fear of the dentist!
