Rice in the etouffee was not fully cooked
even though I couldn't sit down and have dinner inside the hospitality at this particular restaurant is always superior the management and staff are always on point
We had a seven top and arrived for our reservation right on time. The hostess sat us in a timely manner and about five minutes later came over and told us that they made a mistake and sat us before a table that had reservations before us and tried to sit us in a booth that would not hold six much less seven. Then she told us the other party had a reservation for 15 minutes before us and had been waiting. We visited Capital City Grill on 1/8 and our server was Sarah N. She was uh-mazing! She gave us her favs and just went above and beyond for us. The food was so good, came out quick and hot. We will def be back and get seated with Sarah again.
