Stopping by yesterday to order a 16.5 dinameter, 3/16"thickness glass for my coffee table I was told he wants to give me a better estimate, and to be back next day. So, I was back today. He didn't call me as he promissed, and, he show me the estimate. It was double than previouse day because he said his old measurment was 1/4" and not 3/16". Well 3/16" is smaller than 1/4" !!! See the attachement. Well, I told him, I dont know his name, he just lost a good customer, for lying, twice, to me and not knowing the thicness value ... read more
