Beware of this company. We’ve been dealing with Josh for over 5 years, and it’s been nothing but frustration. The first time he finished our floors, the coats were too thin, leaving dry patches. We paid him again to fix it—this time he recommended oil-based. That coat looked awful, so he said it needed to be redone again with oil. The result: wrong color, swirl marks, and visible sanding gauges. A year later, he finally agreed to come back.
