My son needed extractions to start his orthodontic care. Because of the trust he has for your team, he had no fear or anxiety. Thank you for building a relationship where my three kids are comfortable in your care.
I like how there are TV's for kids in waiting room and the teeth cleaning room which made it more enjoyable!

First off, the bathrooms that you expect your patients to utilize lack a changing table in the men's bathroom. The dental technician that treated my daughter was not very aware of my daughters prior history of anxiety and being afraid of dental procedures. She didn't take any time to explain what she was doing before she did it. Even when Samantha was freaking out, she didn't seem to make any attempt to calm her down. My son was so afraid to see the Dentist. When we got there, I already knew it was going to be a positive experience for him. Office staff was so nice and talked to him the whole time ensuring that he was comfortable! My son actually looks forward to his next check up! Staff was very friendly.. They explained everything to my kids and made them comfortable. They love the dentist and can't wait to go back.
