I had to go for a covid test. I must say, Sophia was absolutely wonderful. Professional, and still very sweet and caring. It was not as unpleasant as it normally would have been.
They are always pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone.
DR.Christina Blott is an angel and I'm so thankful for her compassion and expertise.
First experience here. Not the happiest multiple staff members had their mask below their nose and others with their mask below their mouths. Spoke with hr and she said she would alert her bosses. Not even a hour later in the recovery area and the charge nurse and the other nurse have their mask on their chins. So much for medical professionalism and care for others. I will be reaching out to other sources to see that something is done.
They could try actually doing their jobs instead of seeing how much school they can make a child miss. 5 days of waiting for a Dr note to get faxed is ridiculous when you won't let me just pick up the note from the office.
I have been going to Latham Medical & a patient of Dr Tami Seaman since 2007. What a great doctor & practice. Dr Seaman is caring, compassionate & extremely sincere in your personal health & wellbeing. I would highly recommend this doctor & practice.

However, there is a sad and bitter majority that does nothing but complain about the patients and spend most of their days gossiping; about patients, one another, the physicians, their manager, their own nonsensical issues - all ... read more
Business response:
Julian, thanks for your kind words about some of our offices. Like in all other industries, sometimes the practice-employee isn’t a good fit, and we understand that. While we can’t speak to your particular experience from years past, we can speak to what we’ve seen and experienced more recently, including everyone on our teams coming together to keep each other and our patients safe, to be positive during a challenging time, and to continue to care for and guide our patients when needed. Thanks for taking the time to write. ... read more

Thank you for the feedback Jason. We are all cheering you on!
Unfortunately I've been with Albany Family Medicine since the beginning of my pregnancy with my son which is now over 14 years ago in the beginning they seem like a reputable hard-working structured unit and team and they were utterly amazing over the last few years it's downwards spiral... its terrifying and utterly disturbing as a patient they will go weeks without notifying you of diagnosis and/ or results as well as try to cover up interns mistakes.. they overlooked diagnosis and don't tell you about different options...... read more
