Calling to try to cancel an appointment, the associate has had me on hold for 18 minutes, after a 5 minute hold to speak to him. Ridiculous. My time is just as valuable. Just tried calling back, now it’s 4 minutes without anyone picking up. I think I’ve done my due-diligence. I’ve been on hold for longer than most appointments last.
Have been with this practice for about a year now. Yesterday was my last visit! I have been bounced around to a different provider, PA’s, and nurses. I finally had my appointment with Dr. Feygin yesterday after waiting months……waited hour and a half past my appointment time, Dr. Feygin walks in with zero apology for my time, was extremely disorganized, did not appear to even know the purpose of my visit, instead of listening and discussing with me he spent his time trying to find info on me in his computer.
