I had a terrible experience with a dealership in Ohio years ago that rendered me skeptical of dealerships. I came here today (in my pajamas nonetheless) to fill out some paperwork for a reimbursement from GM and the service I received was exceptional. Only have your car serviced here if it is under warranty. I have been there several times and every time I take it in they say something is wrong with my car. When I take it for service for something else what they had previously said was is not found although never repaired. Also asked for my front brakes to be done and they did my back brakes instead. Almost had car accident. They gave me 5% off. Wow.
I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM ONE START AND THE ONLY REASON I WENT THERE WAS BECAUSE OF MY MOM .... I HAVE NEVER BEEN HURT LIKE I WAS WHEN MY SON WENT BACK TO LOOK AT A TRUCK AND WHAT HE SAW TOOK A LOT TO HOLD IN THE PAIN
