I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance to have two recalls fixed only to find out hours after I had dropped it off that they only had the parts to fix one and I wanted to keep my rental car I would have to pay for it. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the entire car was shaking because the one recall that they actually did was not done right and had to take it back again, meanwhile, I am missing work. Thank you Capital Buick. Took my car in this morning...they fixed my issue in 4 hours. Provided me with amazing customer service and was very tentative to my worries. They also provided me a loaner and it was hassle free. Highly recommend them as i usually use Carl Black Buick in Roswell but this location beat them hands down. The repair costs were competitive and i am happy.
All about the money!! Quoted me over 1k for a repair a 2yr old could make with proper instructions.
