Ian is my service manager at BMW and he’s great! Takes time to address my questions and always has a clean loaner car for me!
Had a 5 star experience during my car service with CJ. Everything went smoothly and expediently, CJ kept me updated every step of the way. Car was washed and cleaned with a great attention to detail. They were able to accommodate me even when I forgot my physical car key. Highly recommend!
Being two hours from home it is always a relief to be greeted and serviced rapidly. Craig did a great job handling business and keeping me informed.
