Jessica Carbaugh is the “best”! As our service advisor, she goes “beyond” from her smile to getting our BMWs serviced in a timely manner. Additionally,she is very prompt in responding to call backs & answering questions about our cars.
Craig Johnson was very helpful and kind. Our car was serviced quickly and we were sent a video explaining the details of the service.
Ian was very helpful and patient with me. Got me in and out for a oil change.
