Jessica Carbaugh was my Service Advisor this time. She took the time to make sure that all my concerns were heard and addressed. Excellent service from Mr. Ian! He was warm, engaging, professional and attentive to my concerns about the engine light. Mr. Ian also changed out the Starbucks machine and added more hot chocolate. Perfect for pairing with the complimentary donuts provided by the dealership (due to the BMW car show event going on between 8am-10am). Thanks so much for the wonderful experience! I'll return in the coming months for recommended repair.
