These guys are a bunch of crooks. Stay away!! Do not buy any vehicles from Capital Auto Brokers nor any of their affiliates like Captax or Cap'anything'. Bought a car from them and about one year after they couldn't issue me a title and they were ignoring all my attempts at contact. The CFO Mrs.Trahan is very deceitful. She'll act like she's helping you then just ignore you. I had to get my attorney and the Department of Consumer Protection involved. Stay Away from these crooks!!! Mr. Gibson, At Capital Auto Brokers we pride ourselves in customer service as well as delivery of quality vehicles to clients. I am saddened that your experience was not up to par. There were circumstances beyond Mrs. Trahan's control to resolve the situation as quickly as she would have liked. However, Capital Auto Brokers as well as Mrs. Trahan have made Mr. Gibson whole by returning the full price he paid for the vehicle. We also removed the vehicle from his propert y in a timely manner.
